The different types of dreams. How they can help us. The physiology of dreaming. The consciousness spectrum. How to recall your dreams. Misconceptions about dreams.   Session 1: Experimental Dream Re-entry Technique In this session we will: Learn a safe guided meditation technique for going back into the dream and giving it a voice. This process will be demonstrated using a volunteer from the audience.         Gain hands-on experience with lots of practice.   Bring a dream along.   Includes exercise in "Designing A Dream"                   Session 2: Mapping The Dream In this session you will learn: The anatomy of dream. How to read a dream.     Home Made Supper Opportunity for questions and personal experiences.         Session 3: Fun With Symbols & Role Play Interactive exercises to explore symbolism.     Session 2: Triggering A Dream On A Subject Of Your Choice Learn to consciously direct the dreaming mind to assist you with issues you chose guidance on. Ask a question and dream a solution.       Home Made Supper Opportunity for questions and personal experiences.   Session 3: Lucid Dreaming Learn how to be aware that you are dreaming while you are asleep.     Session 4: Analyzing Dreams In this guided session three provided dreams will be analyzed by us, as a group, applying the method learned.   Session 4: Working With Symbolism in Waking Life Learn how the soul speaks to you in waking life. This is a flip side of the same process which reinforces and supports nightly soul wisdom.     Session 5: Analysis of Participants Dreams Time permitting, we will analyze dreams brought along by workshop participants.
